The Hintonburg Centennial 5k/1k run/walk

We had a fantastic 5k run/walk and 1k kids run on Sunday. Thank you to you for your participation - it means a lot to our community to be given the chance to host you. You're all an inspiration. In all, 400 people wore bibs between the two events, which was absolutely unexpected!

One quick note, our clock was inadvertently showing 1/100s of a second for a few minutes. So, when you crossed the line it may have shown something like 7:xx:xx or 2:xx:xx. The times were correct, but you need to add either a 1 or a 2 to the front. So, for example, 7:23:21 should actually be interpreted at 17:23. 1:24:54 is actually 21:24. We apologize for the inconvenience.

While we don't chip-time the race or have official timing, we've posted your times as you provided them to us on your bib tags. Here are the results for those of you who shared them with us. • Register in person or pick up your kit at Cyclelogik, 1111 Wellington Street W. from 10 am - 4:30 pm, Saturday, July 17
• Register or  pick up kits at the venue (Parkdale Park adjacent to the Parkdale Market) from 7:30 am to 8:45 am on the day of the event (Sunday 18 July)
• Kindly note that we cannot guarantee kit pickup on the day of the event in time for the 9:00 am start.

• We are very pleased to offer the Kids 1k at no charge again this year. Please consider making a small $5, $10 or $20 donation to the youth programming offered in our community by the Hintonburg Economic Development Committee. Donation jars will be available on site and at the kit pick up.
• Parents are more than welcome to run with their kids on the course!
